SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

​

If purchasing the print only, it will be dispatched the following working day if in stock. If it is not in stock, it will take 1-2 days to be created and then it will be dispatched asap.

​

Framed prints and digital prints on foamex can take up to 5 working days to be created. Once they are ready, they will be packaged up and ready to send out.

​

Once items have been dispatched, it will take the following number of days depending on delivery area:

​

UK (including Channel Islands) 3-5 business days

Europe 3-7 business days

Rest of the world 5-10 business days

​

Shipping costs will be calculated based on which item you are buying and where it is being shipped to, within the shopping cart section.

​

Please note we offer a signed and tracked service to Europe and the Rest of the World (your item will be insured also), this is a chargeable service. If standard delivery is requested please note that if items are lost we can not be held responsible for this. We will do our best to help retrieve the item.

​

Also please note any A2 Framed prints going to Europe or the Rest of the world we can only offer a tracked service.

 

Damaged item?

​

If the package that we have sent to you has been damaged with the service provider that we use, and as a result has damaged the item ordered, we will replace the damaged goods once our production team have inspected the damage and confirmed a replacement is due.

 

If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the item,  by emailing us at hello@peekazu.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items and any other information you can provide. As soon as we receive your email detailing this information, and upon receipt of the damaged goods being returned to us and they've been inspected, we will confirm our approval for a replacement item to be sent out via email.

Returns

Please contact us at hello@peekazu.com with details of the item that you are returning and the reason for your return as soon as possible.  

​

You are responsible for postage and shipping costs for items that you would like to return.  Please package the item in the exact same way it was when you received it from us.

​

If you are unhappy with the quality of your print, and wish a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, we ask that you return the item, exactly as you received it, at your own expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value of that item. A refund is not given until the item has been returned back, undamaged, and approved for a refund.

If the item you have received has been damaged by our postal service provider, please see the information above and contact us with details and photos of the damaged item.

​

Because of the nature of the items, please note bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned.
