We want to provide the best customer service to our customers and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the sale of retail goods to our customers. Please understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

WHO WE ARE?

We are Peekazu (“the company”) an online shop selling prints and gifts.
The customer (“the customer”) is the legal person on the order form.
Peekazu sell prints and gifts (“the products”) via its website www.peekazu.com (“the website”), or via social media platform.
The price (“the price”) shall mean the cost of the product, inclusive of Jersey GST and UK VAT.
PRODUCT AND PRICE
By placing an order with the company, you warrant that you agree these terms and conditions and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of Jersey GST and UK VAT. The products seen on your device are only representative of the items on offer and may vary between the original item – the actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging, but please remember that the actual item you receive is the true and correct colour.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the product details and prices are correct, any typographical or system errors in pricing will not be deemed part of the contract. Acceptance of the contract is formed upon completion of the order form, a copy of which will be sent to the email address provided on your order form.
As the products will have been made to your specification, you will not have any right to cancel the supply of any of the products once the product you have ordered has gone to printing. If any changes are required, please contact the company as soon as possible at hello@peekazu.com to advise of the changes should the item not have yet been sent to print. It is up to the company to agree if a change can be made, and to advise the customer.
You will receive a full refund of any sums already paid for an order we cannot fulfil.
We use World Pay to collect/process transaction information.
FAULTY ITEMS
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards, before being dispatched. If, however, your item develops a fault please contact us as soon as possible at hello@peekazu.com
Please follow the instructions set out in our Returns procedure.

DELIVERY
Your products will be dispatched for delivery in accordance with the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process, unless there are exceptional circumstances. For prints only, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days from the date of the order. For framed prints and foamex prints, we aim to dispatch within 5 working days from the date of the order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays and local Channel Island bank holidays. Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances, we will complete the work as soon as we reasonably can.
Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the products to us. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch of the Products to the correct delivery address.
Ownership of the products will pass to the customer on delivery.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Peekazu has the exclusive right to all the products, images, designs and drawings.
The company has the exclusive right to advertise, and to permit others to advertise all the products, images, designs and drawings, including the right to use this work in any relation to the internet or other advertising. Peekazu does not give you the right or interest in any copyright, nor the right to copy any of the products, drawings and designs.
Peekazu and all logos may not be used by anyone else without written permission from Peekazu. All of the website, content, marketing materials, images, drawings and designs are owned by the company, unless otherwise specified, and may not be used, copied or altered without the express of the company. The website is used for the sole purpose of viewing the products in order to place orders.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal information is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The customer agrees to only provide someone else’s personal information if they have given express consent to use it in respect of the products you have ordered.
